Boeing KC-97 Stratotanker

Developed from the B-29/B-50 line of bombers, the KC-97 was a tanker conversion of the cargo C-97. This particular exhibit is the nose section of one of these aircraft, with an accessible cockpit area. The museum restored the interior and now uses the exhibit as a trailered item it can take to other airshows and events.
