Job descriptions screwed up again

I was just going through Monster.com looking for jobs that might be using Microsoft's absolutely brand new .NET technologies. It has to be remembered that the EULA specifically disallows commercial use of the .NET beta releases, and that these have only been widely available for a short time (say, 3 months). The Alpha's, and alpha releases of C# have been out a bit longer , but really didn't reflect what should be the final product. So when I came across the following story, this morning (11/19/01) I could not help but laugh.

When are businesses going to beat some sense into their HR departments when it comes to job adverts? When are HR departments going to stop using the canned advertising junk and actually engage a brain cell?

This job advert requires someone to have been doing something a year, that maybe - if they had worked for Microsoft - they could have been doing. However, those people are all in Redmond and probably don't even know about New Jersey. Secondly, the work experience has to show commercial experience. How I ask?

The joys of brain dead HR folks, all over again. I thought I saw the last of this 5 years ago. Stupid me!
